Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) announced a temporary reduction of trading hours for all listed stocks.
As of Thursday, 26 March 2020, working hours will be from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., according to a statement.
The Saudi exchange revealed earlier today that all issuers will able to disclose on Tadawul’s website after market close starting from 1:20 p.m.
Meanwhile, the trading sessions will be as the following: the first session, the opening auction, is from 9:30 p.m. to 10 a.m.
The second session, the market open with trading beginning at 10:00 a.m. and closing at 1:00 p.m.
The third session, the closing auction, will be from 1:00 p.m. to 1:10 p.m.
The fourth session, trade at last, will be from 1:10 p.m. to 1:20 p.m.
The fifth session, market close, will be from 1:20 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
It is worth noting that the last three sessions are for securities except for debt instruments and ETFs, which are traded from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
